Childbirth and parenting classes include:

• Childbirth education class - New parents will benefit from this class, where you'll learn a variety of tools for coping with labor, from breathing exercises to massage.
• Childbirth education refresher class - Designed as a refresher for moms and their support person. It is a review of childbirth education. It meets for three hours in the evening.
• Breastfeeding class - Mothers considering breastfeeding meet one evening.
• Sibling class - One Sunday afternoon every other month we meet with big brothers and sisters (age 3 to 12) to help prepare them for the new sibling. They will tour a birthing suite, watch a movie about being a big brother or sister and "graduate" with a real diploma. Parents will watch a movie on sibling rivalry.
